COMPANY SERVICES

The terms of this Agreement shall apply to any additional product or service provided by the Company to the Client.

The parties agree that the Program constitutes coaching and educational services, or an online service delivered through the agreed platform, in this case, Hotmart.

COMPENSATION

The Client shall complete payment in full in a single lump-sum payment.

PRICING

All prices are expressed in United States Dollars (USD), unless otherwise stated.

It is the Client’s responsibility to verify the converted price in their local currency before making a purchase. The Company is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or adjustments to payment amounts due to such variations.

REFUNDS

Once this Agreement has been executed, the Client shall be responsible for the full agreed payment amount.

No refunds will be issued if the Client cancels participation in the Program or online service.

Refunds are not offered because the courses provide instant access to digital content available immediately upon purchase.

LIFETIME ACCESS

“Lifetime access” to certain courses and products refers to the lifetime availability of the course or product.

When the course or product is no longer offered, access will be removed.

Products may receive updates and renewals on the Hotmart platform at no additional cost once the program(s) have been purchased.

Access will remain available at no additional charge while the course is active. If the Company decides to close a purchased program, at least twelve (12) months’ prior notice will be provided.

The future closure of a program or community shall not affect refund policies nor grant any right to compensation.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All materials provided by Nubia Milena are protected by copyright and are delivered exclusively for the Client’s individual use under a single-user license.

The Client acknowledges that results from the Program largely depend on their active participation and efforts.

The Company does not guarantee specific results and assumes no responsibility for outcomes.

QUALITY GUARANTEE

We will repair, replace, or improve, at our discretion, any product that presents virtual or content defects within twelve (12) months from the date of purchase.

This warranty does not cover misuse of the program or product.

COURSE RULES

The Client agrees to behave professionally and respectfully toward Company staff and other participants.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in termination of this Agreement without refund.

CONFIDENTIALITY
